Working with Maven International, Headlight has carried out several important projects for Immigration New Zealand. The reflected a desire for INZ to become more customer-centred and less bureaucratic in how skilled migrants experience coming to New Zealand.
The most significant project was the design and authorship of Immigration New Zealand’s Attraction & Retention strategy. This was a foundation piece to link INZ’s offshore sousing of priority skilled migrants, their guidance through the visa processing journey and into the care of Settlement Support once they arrive in New Zealand.
Headlight was also asked to provide a review of how Settlement Support Services was structured and the way in which it provides its support. This feature the recommendation of a revised, more customer-centred approach.
