Headlight was commissioned by Trustpower’s risk management team to review the way in which the business develops sales and marketing campaigns. This used our 4D methodology which examined campaign development through 4 lenses:

  1. Purpose = the degree to which sales and marketing activity is aligned with business strategy
  2. Process = the efficiency with which sales and marketing campaign are organised and managed, including both internal and external campaign contributors
  3. Programme = the quality of the campaigns produced by the organisation
  4. Performance = the effectiveness and return on investment of campaigns in delivering their intended outcomes
