Ministry of Education

In 2021 the Ministry of Education underwent a major restructuring to separate its policy and operational functions.

Headlight helped facilitate this in two ways. Firstly, a brand portfolio model was created in order to show how the new Ministry form could work from a branding perspective.

Secondly, Headlight prepared a communications plan to guide the Ministry through the transition period. This included a mapping of the complex stakeholder relationships that the Ministry must maintain.
