Greater Wellington Regional Council (GW) is the local government body tasked with operating a diverse range of public functions including public transport, parks management, environmental and climate change initiatives, land use, air and water quality, and pest management.
GW works across the Wellington region taking in Central Wellington, Hutt Valley, Porirua, Kapiti Coast and the Wairarapa.
Headlight has worked with GW on several projects, the most significant of which has been a segmentation of how its residential customers are segmented in their relationship and attitudes towards the environment. We then worked with the GW team on how the segmentation model could be integrated into its everyday work stream processes, thereby helping the team be more articulate at understanding customer motivations and needs.
