University of Auckland

The University of Auckland is New Zealand’s largest and highest ranked university. Headlight’s work for the university has been largely around strategic development:
  • A 3-year marketing plan design to guide the university from a more ‘sell features and benefits’ traditional marketing approach to one that is more about cultivating relationships based on a digital engagement platform
  • To complement this we developed a schools engagement strategy showing how the university’s school liaison team could better cater to the needs of emerging students
  • Underpinning these two projects was a number of targeted research projects with school-leavers, career advisers and other influencers
